Order History > 10 years
Website Statistics > 3 years
Public Orders > Storage period of 13 months
Public Personal Gallery (pre-orders of a regular) > 12 months after the last pre-order, unless subject to a different digital (e-mail/chat) agreement
Sharing of Personal Data with third parties:
Kartphoto does not sell your Personal Data to third parties and only usesyour Personal Data when it is needed for the execution of Kartphoto’s agreement with you, or to suffice a legal obligation.
Together with the third-party companies that process your Personal Data in assignment of Kartphoto, both parties conclude a Processor Agreement to ensurethat a similar level of Personal Data protection is being applied.
Kartphoto still assumes all responsibility for the above process.

To ensurethat the request is made by you, Kartphoto asks that you accompany your request with a copy of your identification. In this copy, please cross-out your passport photograph, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone, the line of numbers underneath the identification), identification number, and your personal Citizen Service Number (CSN). This to protect your privacy.
Kartphoto responds as soon as possible, always within four weeks, to your request.

Kartphoto considers the safety and protection of your Personal Data to be of the utmost importance,and will undertake appropriate measures to prevent and fight against abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
